Potvrda o položenim ispitima državne mature refers to the qualification obtained upon the completion of 4-year secondary education.
It consist of two parts of the exam:
Candidates may take mandatory Croatian state matura exams on two levels: A (higher level) and B (lower level).
2. elective Croatian state matura exams
Candidates may apply for up to 6 elective Croatian state matura exams (the list of elective Croatian state matura exams may be found on the web site of the National Centre for External Evaluation of Education).
