Private citizens may also register to sit for the SEC examinations - there are two cycles of the examinations provided (the second cycle is for resitting the examination). The Matriculation Certificate requires 3 Intermediate examinations passes (+ Systems of Knowledge - which counts as an Intermediate subject)
