Verification information
The National Diploma Database (NVB) includes most electronic diplomas issued by upper secondary schools from the year 2000 forward. NVB is not a verification database, but a database used in connection with admission to Higher education in Norway.
Comments/Additional Information
There are 5 three-year education programmes which lead to the qualification: 1) Art, Design and Architecture 2) Media and Communication 3) Music, Dance and Drama 4) Specialization in General Studies 5) Sports and Physical Education. If you choose the vocational education program you need to take one extra year (4 years) to get general university admission certification (GSK).
Subjects: all five programs contain the following subjects: Norwegian, English, Social Science, History, Mathematics and Natural Science.
Grading: The grading scale used in the certificate is 1-6. 6 is the highest grade, while 1 is the lowest.
